Furedi: the language of fear rewrites the perception of the world

Frank Furedi, sociologist, took part today at the debate on media showing fear process. He underlined the importance of mass media and information in rewriting perceptions of real world. According to Furedi, the consequence of fear upon our feelings can be described through seven main rules. They operate on people psyche, redefining actions. "The general effect is the vulnerability of the society" said the professor.
