Christine Loh is currently the chief executive of Civic Exchange, a Hong Kong think tank, which she co-founded in 2000. Among many appointments she has been an International Adviser for GLOBE G8+5 Climate Change Dialogue, member of the International Steering Committee on Development and Climate Change, and Council Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

She has a vast knowledge on different areas including law, economics, politics, media and non-profit, and she is also known as one of the main promoters of democracy and environmental protection in Hong Kong. Among her publications on politics, defence and sustainable development: Being Here: Shaping a Preferred Future (2006), Reflections of Leadership 1997-2007 (2007), Idling Engine - Hong Kong's Environmental Policy in a Ten Year Stall,1997-2007 (2007).
