'World Social Summit: today the last of three days'

The World Social Summit, that took place in Villa Miani in Rome from September the 24th to the 26th, finished today.

The summit was organized by Fondazione Roma in collaboration with Censis. The topic was "Fearless: considerations to fight global fears". 27 guests, among which philosophers, sociologists, scientists and Nobel Prizes took part in the Wss. About 3000 people attended during the three days. There have been six speeches of authorithies, among which Gianni Alemanno the mayor of Rome, Maurizio Sacconi the minister of Welfare, Antonio Marzano the president of Cnel and the senator Francesco Rutelli. Moreover, over 100 qualified journalists. The event closed in the morning with the speech of president of Fondazione Roma, Emmanuele F.M. Emanuele.
